Nia's 52 Moves have been distilled through over 30 years of somatic movement exploration to create optimal body-mind-emotion-spirit conditioning. Practiced in isolation and integrated through dance movement, these 52 Moves enhance perceptual motor skills, integrating flexibility, mobility, agility, stability and strength.
This course combines lecture with experiential practice focusing on various movement techniques and coaching sessions to give each participant personalized support to achieve their fitness goals. Learning is honed during Move I.T. 60-minute workouts where you practice conscious personal training to take your fitness to the next level.
Throughout the training you will get to test your skill and knowledge on the mat under the expert guidance of your trainer.
