If you like Asian cuisine, then this workshop is for you. I have put together some recipes from countries like Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. You will learn to make dishes such as Pad Thai, Vietnamese Spring Roll, Black Sesame Ice Cream and much more. On the menu I have included Sushi with a difference - tastes like fish but made with vegetables and spices. All the dishes are raw and do not contain flour/gluten, grains, eggs, dairy or refined sugar. This workshop is suitable for anyone with special diets, vegans and those who enjoy a healthy option.There will be plenty of tastings on the day
