Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or Tapping, the fastest spreading tool for releasing stress, anxiety, any emotions that bother you, painful memories, limiting beliefs, improving performance in all areas of life.
EFT Foundational Level ( Level 1) – suits those that are interested in self-help, personal growth and anyone who wants to continue further EFT learning towards practitioner with the solid foundations. Training is certified by the international professional organisation.
EFT is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture and modern Einstein theory. It involves simple tapping procedure without the discomfort of needles. Properly applied, EFT quickly realigns the energy meridians while the person "tunes in" to their problem in a gentle, conversational manner.
In this way an important link is established between mind and body. In this two-day workshop you will learn the essentials of EFT. You will get practical self-help tools that will assist you in overcoming emotional and physical problems, pain, troublesome memories, you will learn the system to work through your past burden and free yourself up.
